Use of the service

EarMe provides tools for recording, organizing, and reviewing healthcare conversations and related information. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable rules, including consent and recording laws.

Consent and responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before recording or uploading information about other people. By using EarMe, you represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

No medical advice

EarMe may help you understand your own information, but it does not replace a licensed clinician. Content generated by the app is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

Emergency use

EarMe is not a medical emergency service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately or seek urgent in-person care.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access systems without authorization, interfere with the operation of the app, or upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

Intellectual property

EarMe, including its interface, branding, software, and related content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You retain rights to the content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
